We specialize in soft, juicy Beef Brisket & Pulled Pork with mouth-watering BBQ flavours served as loaded fries or burgers. Our menu selections also include deliciously spicy Buffalo chicken with blue cheese sauce, Salt & Pepper Calamari & Pork ribs. Our vegan option is BBQ Braised Jackfruit with black beans on corn tortillas. Our signature spice rubs, sauces and classic 'slaw are all made in house, and our meats and calamari are gluten-free, so there's something for everyone!

GUEST CHOICE MENU 1 - $20/head

BEEF BRISKET OR PULLED PORK LOADED FRIES:

Guests choose between Beef brisket or Pulled pork loaded fries with house made 'slaw, or BBQ Braised Jackfruit with black beans on crispy corn tortillas (vegan).

GUEST CHOICE MENU 2 - $22/head

Beef brisket or Pulled pork loaded fries with house made 'slaw
Gourmet Beef brisket or Pulled pork burger and fries
Buffalo chicken with blue cheese sauce, fries and garden salad

There's no need to collect orders from your guests for GUEST CHOICE MENUS- they simply wander over to the food truck at their leisure and make their selection on the day.

Please note:

There are no hidden charges such as travel, or booking fee. We will service your function over a 2-hour period.

We provide wait staff for Menu 3.

Beef brisket loaded fries

Slow cooked BBQ beef brisket on fries, drizzled with Smokin' Jax BBQ sauce, American style cheese sauce & a sprinkling of chilli. Served with house-made 'slaw

Pulled pork loaded fries

Slow cooked pulled pork on fries, drizzled with Smokin’ Jax BBQ sauce, topped with crunchy crackling. Served with house made 'slaw.

Beef brisket or Pulled pork burger with fries

Beef brisket or pulled pork on soft brioche bun, with creamy cheese sauce, house made 'slaw, dill pickle and Smokin' Jax BBQ sauce

Buffalo chicken & fries

6 deliciously hot & spicy wing pieces, tossed in Smokin' Jax Buffalo sauce. Served with blue cheese sauce & fresh garden salad.

Salt & Pepper Calamari

Tender strips of calamari, lightly coated in our lemon pepper seasoning & cooked to perfection! Served with roasted garlic aioli and fresh garden salad.

Vegetarian/Vegan option:

BBQ braised jackfruit - Juicy, slightly smoky, slightly spicy & slightly sweet, braised jackfruit with black beans! Served on crispy corn tortillas. Vegan/GF Please just let us know how many Vegetarian/Vegan guests you have.
